Dennis Mong

Dennis Mong is a North Bay realtor who has had a long time interest in cooking.  He taught Oriental Cuisine at Canadore College and for the Nipissing School Board using the tools and knowledge he learned as youngster in his family’s restaurant.  He has always been actively involved in the community and will occasionally allow local groups to auction off one of his personally prepared dinners to raise money for various charities.  His book Wok into my Kitchen was published in 2009.
